Jones Sports provided Design Assist Services for fabrication and installation of the interior and exterior signage packages atChase Center for the Golden State Warriors. The signage packages included over 3,000 wayfinding and directional signs throughout the entire facility. Responsibilities also included designing the attachment methods to integrate signage into the glass curtain wall and 47' h rooftop letters. Since the roof was to be completed prior to the award of our contract, we began devising our plan during the proposal period. Using the currentBIM model, we identified the structural steel cross members that would align with the desired layout of the sign. We had a 100% hit rate with our modeled outrigger locations. This project achievedLEED Gold Certification. We completed this project 30 days prior to substantial completion and continued to help the client add new sponsors up until opening week.
